Description:

An exquisite white from Provence, certified 100% Organic. A pale yellow wine with bright green highlights.

The nose is expressive and fruity, blending exotic fruit aromas (pineapple, mango), citrus notes and a delicate floral touch typical of Rolle. On the palate, the attack is fresh and vibrant, driven by the tension of the Sémillon. The slightly saline finish brings great drinkability and a gourmand sensation that immediately invites another sip.

Perfect on its own, or with aperitifs and tapas, Mediterranean cuisine, salads and seafood, shellfish and grilled fish and cheese.

Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C.
