Description:

Bourgogne Blanc "Les Acacias" is crafted from a selection of the finest Chardonnays from the Côte de Beaune. The result is an authentic wine with the consistency and finesse, worthy of the best villages from the Côte des Blancs.

Fermentation: traditional, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: 9 months in stainless steel tanks, including 40% in oak barrels.

"Les Acacias" reveals a charming pale yellow colour with green highlights. The nose delicately releases floral aromas, with scents of hawthorn and apple. The full-bodied palate shows fresh almond notes, with a fine tension on the finish.

Food & wine: brilliant as an aperitif, and equally suited to shellfish, fine cheese and charcuterie, white meats, vegetable dishes, and beautiful salads.

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
