Description:

Bourgogne Rouge "Les Mûriers" is a wine where typicity is of the utmost importance. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, with grapes sourced from the Southern Côte de Beaune.
Fermentation: traditional, in stainless steel tanks.

Ageing: 9 months in stainless steel tanks, including 40% in oak barrels.

Dark ruby in colour, "Les Mûriers" reveals a discreet nose of red fruits and spices. Round and fresh on the palate, it is well-balanced, with notes of liquorice and blackcurrant.

Food & wine: aperitif, grilled meats and vegetables, mature cheeses, fine charcuterie. Thanks to its low tannins, "Les Mûriers" is also a great alternative pairing for fatty fish and seafood dishes.

Serve between 13 and 15°C. Cooler during the hot summer days.
