Description:

Grand Cru Osterberg is located in the Ribeauvillé district, on clayey, stony soils. At an altitude of between 250 and 350 m, the vineyard's medium to steep slopes benefit from excellent sun exposure to the south and southeast. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. The wines fermented under temperature control and are then aged on fine
lees for 7 to 9 months. After filtration, the wines are bottled and aged in our cellars for a minimum of 3 years. Deep, brilliant golden colour. Intense, complex. Notes of citrus fruit, beautiful minerality. Balanced, with surprising length and fine, elegant acidity. Best served between 8 and 10°C. Pairs beautifully with Shellfish, fish terrines, sushi, poultry in sauce and fresh cheeses. An excellent wine to enjoy today and for laying down, over 10 years.
